3 to 5 years of recruitment experience;
Working knowledge of a Recruitment or CRM software;
Proficient user of LinkedIn;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;

Analyze and comprehend requirements of technical / professional job orders;
Develop search strategies according to the specifics of each job;
Post jobs on company website, print media, and social media as needed and other platforms as needed;
Source and search candidates by using company database, social media, professional associations, education institutions and other available platforms as needed;
Prescreen candidates / applications to assess their suitability, interest and availability for job openings;
Conduct in-person and phone interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications and experience for assignments;
Performing candidates reference checks;
Following up on the recruitment process status, acting as a point of contact to candidates;
Use candidate reference checks to attract additional candidates;
Network through industry contacts, association memberships and social media;
Build professional relationships with clients, candidates and staff;
Maintain and update the internal candidate database;
Expand candidate pool through cold and warm calling;
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
Guiding and directing more junior member of staff;
Promote company’s reputation as best place to work ;
Reporting on current and forecasted activity;
Identify new sales leads / potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs;
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships to pitch our recruitment and mobilization services;
Partner with the BD Team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
Networking is critical in this position and there may be a requirement to travel to conferences, business meetings, and industry events.
Business trips around the country or even internationally are an occasional necessity.
