Job Description

  • Lead in consumer segmentation and profiling with respective offers and products for each segment.
  • Execute activation campaigns as per designed schedule and mechanics
  • Develop customized marketing strategies and campaign plans across assigned cluster.
  • Monitor and measure service up time for responsible product line
  • Analyze user and campaign trends to offer predictive analysis useful for increased conversion and retention.
  • Study campaign trends and offer insights leading to reactive action and predictive insights
  • Develop proposals in line with agreed financial thresholds and achieve agreed set activation targets
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years in a retail service, FMCG, Telecommunication Industry, Customer Service or Marketing
  • Degree in Business Management / Business Administration
  • Advanced skills in statistical analysis tools - Excel / SPSS. SQL mastery a distinctive advantage
  • Strong analytical and Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both oral and written).
  • Customer Oriented
