PERSONNEL SUPPORT SERVICES (PPS) ASSISTANT
Location : PEMBA, Cabo Delgado
Reports to : PSS Manager / OPS Manager
1. Customer services experience.
2. Experienced with Airport / Port processes for personnel movements.
3. Knoldge of O&G industry main requirements for people assistance and transportation.
4. Mozambican nationality
5. Residency in Pemba or willingness to relocate at own expenses.
1. Request / Send Quotation for PSS services to Interagency Network and Clients
2. Meet & Greet and Transportation Services
3. Hotel and Travel arrangements (Airlines and Car / Bus rental),
4. Visas, Letter of Invitation and OK-To-Board, Letter’s to authorities,
5. Crew change management
6. Avoid and report customers complaints,
7. Weekly update of activities
8. Organizing files after operations in order to invoice / close
9 Control of the invoices (Car rental, Hotel, Airlines, Immigration and Inamar)
